Poor customer service

My original order goes back to end of October, endless issues and my order kept being closed despite not being completed. was advised to place my order again, phone line has been activated but they closed the order and forgot to start processing my Broadband order.  Chatted with a guy calked [CSA Removed] several times who was useless and couldn't find my order then started getting weird and asking me personal questions.  spent two day trying to phone, after being on hold for over an hour Plusnet hangs up on me.  Telephone message says i should raise a support ticket online which you can't do.

 

Exactly how long do I have to wait for broadband?
