Last week my old router suddenly packed in and I phoned plusnet. They told me recontract with them so they can me a new router of £6.99. I have received this and now back online again which is fine. But, yesterday I received a message saying, 'we are sorry to hear that you're moving your broadband service'. I phoned them again and asked them to not cancel my service as it clearly is a mistake, they said that it would take 24 hours to go though. However, I have not heard from anyone from Plusnet, I am now wondering if this has gone through or are they going to go ahead and cancel my service which I didn't ask for. Would appreciate it if someone would get back from plusnet to me.
