Plusnet broadband Awaiting Activation for two - three days

Hello,

My activation for Plusnet Broadband was supposed to be Saturday 22nd of May - and I am still without broadband - Still processing is my Status ... I am  currently working from Home - I need this sorted ASAP .... Help please

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and I'd like to apologise for the delay which looks to have occurred over the weekend.

 

Looking into the account, it appears that the router is now in the process of being authenticated, and the orders to provide a service have completed.

 

Please let us know if you're still having problems connecting to the internet.
