I have recently received my email regarding claiming my Plusnet Reward, however the links are not working! I get the following message
This page isn't working at the moment
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
HTTP ERROR 464
I have tried from my PC and my mobile phone with no success.
Can anyone help with this for me?

HTTP 464. The load balancer received an incoming request protocol that is incompatible with the version config of the target group protocol.
I suspect this error is a symptom of yesterday's Amazon AWS outage. If so it may fix itself shortly.

Still no access to the links in the email.
Are there any Plusnet staff that can look into this?

Could you try clearing your cache/cookies and trying again? If you have a VPN enabled, it may be worth trying with it turned off.
Let us know if it works.

I have tried on 2 different browsers. Tried clearing cache/cookies. VPN is turned off.
Nothing is working! And like a lot of people the reward was one of the things that attracted me to Plusnet.
I hope there is someone here who can get this sorted for me, I don't want to get to the 2 month time limit and miss out.

Might help if you can post the links which are not working for you.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Well now I have managed to find a work around
From the email I right clicked and selected 'open link in new InPrivate window'.
Ignored the warning and selected continue to site.
Then it worked!
Hopefully I haven't just given my details to some internet scammers!

Well … I’m shocked that these links take one direct to a page displaying names. They worked for me with no issues. Makes one wonder if there’s an issue with your device?
