Plusnet Reward

Hi,

It's been 20 days since I have receive the email stating that the £60 plusnet reward will be sent to me. I have not yet received it and was wondering if I could get an update with regards to this?

Hi,

It's been more than 30 days now and I have yet to receive the reward card. I contacted the below and they have arranged a new one be sent through by Tuesday but this still has not yet arrived and I have not gotten any updates since then. Could you kindly assist with this please?
