Hi I've recently joined Plusnet and chose to sign up to Plusnet Protect. However, I only intended to install it on my tablet as the only pc I have at home is my work pc which I won't be able to install it on to as that is my employer's equipment. I therefore want to cancel my order but when I click on Remove Add On nothing happens (probably because its not installed). How do I cancel this and let Plusnet know ai have made a mistake and want to cancel that add on within the 14 day period. Should I call Customer Service?
