I used a PAC code to transfer my number over to Plusnet and received a new SIM in the post on Tuesday 13th April.
However, the sim is not active - contacted plusnet on the phone and the agent could find no record of the order! And yet somehow, I have an already been billed upfront for the first month!
I was advised that I would need to work 5 working days while they "looked into the issue" and in the meantime I should wait for an activation email. Can someone please help to get this sorted?
