I'm waiting for activation from weeks. Whenever I call to ask for information , they tell me to wait to talk to another operator, hours of waiting!!! Today I expected the engineer all day (they told me that there was an external problem, so the engineer intervention was needed). Then I called and there is not engineer intervention booked (I have emails and text confirmation ). Also, apparently my order is not complete and I received the router weeks ago. Absurd! I think I have to cancelled my request because there is not solution. I'm spending my days calling the customer service. Soon I have to pay the next bill and I never used anything... Shame!!!
