Hi,
I found a few posts on here where people have been advised to place their order and then post on here to request a change in activation date. I just placed my order, but need to delay activation until the Friday 17th November.
Could you confirm this please?
Thanks,
Nick

As there's a stopped line we need to activate that first before placing your fibre order. We can delay that until the 17th but that will push the fibre activation back.
Alternatively we can place a simultaneous order but this will take longer then the 17th. Let us know how you want to proceed

Thanks.
I am happy for the activation to go ahead before the 17th, as long as access will not be required to the house and nothing will be delivered (router etc.) before the 17th, as no-one will be there and I cannot provide access. It is currently not occupied.

The work's done all externally so nobody will need to access the property.
With regards to the router we can send it to a different address if that helps?
If you want to do this drop us a PM with the address.
