Hi I initially went with Vodafone and placed an order for broadband and phone with them, after having to wait 2 weeks for them to arrange an engineer who connected the line to the cabinet, the broadband still didn't work and the supplier blamed it on openreach, however I have asked plusnet to take over the line, as I am still in cool off period with Vodafone, however haven't heard anything for a few days from them how do I know if there are any problems in migration or the process of takeover
