Phoneline update

Can someone update me on my phone transfer?

I had my BB upgraded to Fibre on 4/3. The package included transferring my phone line/number from BT. Now, nearly three weeks later, I've still not received any communication to indicate when this will take place.

I've now put this through and we'll confirm your transfer date within 24-48 hours.

Thanks for picking this up, Gandalf. I have now received a transfer date of 9/4.
