Phone today broadband tomorrow?

My phone date was today and broadband tomorrow according to the progress emails.
This morning at 11ish my broadband from previous supplier stopped working.. i got the email that phone has been completed and now 4 hours later I still have no broadband?
Do I really have to wait until tomorrow for a connection? I'm unable to work due to this, could be very disappointing if it's another 24 hours.

This can happen any time up untill midnight. Have you tried connecting your plusnet router yet?

I did try, flashing broadband light and no internet light so far

Leave it plugged in. The light on the front will go blue ( if it's the hub one) once a connection has been established . Maybe a member of the plusnet team may need to activate your account. Plug it in and leave it for about 10-15 mins to see if it will auto activate

Thanks Shep, I just got the broadband is good to go email, light is solid green but now waiting on the internet light to show some life!

All working here now after a reset, very happy it finally all came on.
