Hi team,
I thought that the switch to plusnet had fully completed. My BT broadband stopped working and my plusnet router is working. However I received a new router from BT a couple of weeks later saying they were upgrading me to fibre.
I rang BT to query why this was and they said that the request to take over my phone line had not been received fully from yourselves and thus my account has remained active?
Can someone look into this for me as it appears that plusnet are billing me for calls and everything is working
