The BT engineer sent 1st July to connect the line could not gain access to a pole to fix a line break so I'm left without connection. He suggested a van with a lift was required and that this would be done in a few days.
I've had email notification from Plusnet that I would be contacted but so far no contact. I have called a few times unsuccessfully.
Can you please arrange for the necessary engineer visit ASAP. I'm working from home so any time will work for me. No need confirming if it is ok please just let me know when they're coming. My current ISP contract ends in a few weeks. My work relies on a stable internet connection and I expected to have overlap of both ISPs for 3 weeks as backup in case of problems.
