Iv been waiting from oct 3rd on my services starting as you have taken payment

It takes a minimum of 10-14 working days to provide a service I'm afraid but on occasion can take longer.I'm really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Its all taking too long and my line still isnt working let alone broadband ordered i want to cancel and refund

Hi @Khill1971,

 

We're really sorry that you are thinking of cancelling due to the delays you have experienced.

 

I'm afraid it is a UK wide timescale of a minimum of 10 working days not including weekends and bank holidays to provide service.

 

Cancelling to move to another provider would not speed up the process for yourself but actually make your wait longer.
