Our phone line has switched as planned today but we don't have an internet connection. I was told that our internet would continue with the previous supplier until the broadband was activated but that isn't the case. We were relying on this being a seamless switch and can't be without internet for so long as it is essential for our work, which we are carrying out from home. I would appreciate an update on when our internet will be ready please.
