My phone was activated today, i received confirmation from plusnet that the phone line is up and running but they have said because my phone line and broadband are being activated at different times they will give me a discount off my second months bill but no mention of when my broadband will be activated, i have attempted to setup the router but i am unable to get any internet connection yet
Having checked your account, it looks like your broadband order completed yesterday and your account activated late last night. I'm not seeing an active connection, and testing your line is showing your router is possibly powered off?
