My phone was meant to be activated yesterday 2nd and broadband is meant to be activated today I've had no email or text regarding if this is going to happen

My upgrade to Fibre Ultra Extra was meant to be connected yesterday. I have my new router but have heard nothing about when my connection is, or will be made. My billing start date was given as yesterday and I hope I'm not paying for the upgrade I have yet to receive!

OK. I am not due for update until 9th November. I thought it was the 2nd because of a incorrect email from plusnet during the set up of my upgrade. all is good.
