Hi, we signed up in Feb, connection due 14th March.
Currently no working phone or broadband as previous supplier disconnected 8 days ago. Open reach engineer did the line work 22nd (2nd engineer 1st on the 13th March). Told connection would be expedited but told not due to be updated 27th.
We are totally fed up and annoyed as like most people we rely on broadband to keep our world functioning. Totally regretting signing up and no end in sight.
