Phone and broadband different activation days

I have recently switched over from EE to Plusnet. I had a text to say my phone line went live this morning and noticed a previous text that said my broadband will go live on tomorrow's date. As my phone line has moved over I now have no broadband connection. Is this usual to have no broadband for potentionally over 24 hrs? I assumed when I switched everything would move over together like it has with previous companies ive used in the past.

You'll most likely find they both activate today. The broadband notification should mean that it's active by midnight tonight, so you shouldn't be without too long.
