Phone and broadband activation

Just moved house and signed up to plus net on 4/1. Had a text last night saying that the phone would be active on 7/1 and then another at 4am on the 7th saying the phone was now active and my number

I've had an email saying that as phone and broadband are being activated on different dates we'll get s credit/refund. But I've had no notification of what the date is for the fibre? Or will it just be after midnight on the same day as the phone?

As your phone line's now active, we're in the process of placing your fibre order and within the next 24 to 48 hours we should be able to confirm when your fibre service will go live. We'll then post your new router out to you.
