Phone and Fibre Transfer to Plusnet

Hi, I placed an order to transfer our Phone and Fibre to Plusnet on 19/2/19. I received an email confirming the date the Phoneline will transfer but no mention of the Fibre. Can you please confirm the Fibre transfer date, thanks,
