If plusnet have activated the phone line and thats all up and running, why are there still phone line checks going on? Correct me if im wrong but i thought phone and broadband were hand in hand?

Checks can be ongoing for a number of reasons but usually if the orders are placed separately the activation dates will be different. I have had a look through the details on your account and have responded via a ticket here
