Phone activated but not broadband

Hello Plusnet,

Had our line installed today by a fantastic Openreach engineer. So helpful and done a great job.

Is it usual to receive a message that the phone service has been activated, but nothing as yet on the broadband?

Just got the message about the broadband and now all working.
