Phone activated but broadband delayed

Hi, our phone line switched on time (Friday 17th) but broadband should have been activated midnight 18th. Still waiting for the email or text to say it's ready but no word. Does anyone work weekends? Without internet so can't receive email. Hope my mobile holds out but fast running out of data. Any idea when the text will arrive? All equipment received and ready to go.

Thanks for getting back to me. I rang Customer Service this morning and a very nice gentleman called Jordan activated our Broadband there and then. Apologised for the delay so we were only 2 days without internet access.

you are very lucky to get done so quick i can not get it done for my family member it is all ways on hold our delayed
