Phone Line enabled, but no broadband

Hi,

2 weeks after ordering the home phone line was successfully switched over last Friday 23rd, but Broadband status is:

Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. We're waiting for confirmation that your broadband order, due {strCustActivationdate}, has completed

I'm concerned that there is no "activation due date" - nor any sign that the broadband is enabled.  Please can you advise when this will be done?

Don't hold your breath. I'm in same situation, socket installed 19th. They've been absolutely useless.
