Phone Line Active but Broadband Not Active

Hi all,


Hope someone can help, my broadband was due to go live yesterday however it still isn't active yet.


On my order email a few days ago it gives yesterdays date however the order tracker says "Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. Your broadband order should complete on {strCustActivationDate}. Please note that this date can sometimes change. We'll let you know if this happens."


Currently the router is flashing orange despite resetting a few times today, please could anyone assist? Smiley
