Hi all,
Hope someone can help, my broadband was due to go live yesterday however it still isn't active yet.
On my order email a few days ago it gives yesterdays date however the order tracker says "Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. Your broadband order should complete on {strCustActivationDate}. Please note that this date can sometimes change. We'll let you know if this happens."
Currently the router is flashing orange despite resetting a few times today, please could anyone assist?
