Payments taken but order not processed
I signed up to plusnet and you've taken credit card payment for full year line rental and bank details etc, but order itself has not progressed, you're not providing any service and nothing seems to be changing - there's no meaningful updates on order, just a forum post suggesting you're looking into it, but apparently not - plusnet seem to have done nothing except taken payment. ?
