Hi there Deborah, I'm sorry to see this. I've just checked and £43 isn't the amount we're seeing against your account for the latest bill. If that's what you've seen having been taken could you send us a screenshot or a photo please? You can send that through on a private message on here to me if you like. Just to make you aware our pricing has changed recently at the start of this month but it sounds like there might be a separate issue here.
