Paid upfront costs - No Account

Hi there,

I just moved to a new place and I wanted to order the broadband. I proceeded with the order, I reached the part that put me pay the 20£ upfront costs with my card, I did and I didn't want to pay by direct debit and I closed the window. Now I find that I don't have an account or anything, the money have been taken. 

What should I do?
