Paid upfront costs 3 times, twice online, once by phone - No Account

Moving into a new flat this weekend. Tried three separate times to order a package, twice online (got an error both times, after paying) and once by phone. I was reassured by phone my paperwork and router would be on its way, and of course the money has been taken. Once again, my account has not been created and I have not received any emails verifying anything at all. 

Why does everyone seem to be having the same issues, would like some form of correspondence as I am currently completely in the dark.

If only we knew !

It is inexplicable as to where the majority of the support staff have disappeared to over recent weeks,

consequently nothing is getting fixed, and dozens of forum questions are going unanswered.

@rongtw, for them to "know anything" is a bit of a stretch of the imagination ! Cheesy

and you are making the assumption that there are still any staff left at Plusnet - as they've gone silent,

maybe Gandalf will have to switch off the lights on his way out !.  Sad
