I'm on Unlimited Fibre extra with UK calling. I'm out of contract and Plusnet bills me £49.98pm for the privilege (including line rental)
For new customers I see the 12 month contract offer is £27.99 (including line rental) which together with UK calling of £9pm comes to £36.99 - a difference of £12.99pm
I can't seem to put myself into a new contract via the plusnet website. Please could a Plusnet agent intervene and do it on my behalf. Obviously someone will need to call me for authorisation for the new 12 month contract.
