Hi mod,
I actually intended to create two threads:
1) Separating out my phone number to a VoIP provider (original topic)
2) Porting my number to Plusnet from Sky SoGEA connection
Hence, I don't consider these the same topic ;).

Happily my Sky broadband and SoGEA phone number migrated over to Plusnet broadband and regular analogue phone line today. I lost phone service for a couple of hours, and internet service for ~4 hours, but all seems to be working fine since then, except CLI.
I checked the dashboard, it says caller ID is 'active'. Any thoughts on what might be going wrong?
