I ordered broadband back in may now a new broadband account moving from a different supplier and I have still heard nothing on when to expect it all to start evertime I try to chat on line it is unavailable or busy you have taken the first money that was paid on card when signed up... think is a bit long to be waiting now with no information on what is happening anyone know if I cancel now as it is taking so long if I will get that money back.. think I need to find someone that won't take forever to switch over with no contact

@Chelle12 If you're on a Fibre product then providing it's a Home hub 5 or a Smart Hub then it will work , see here https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/BT-Home-Hub-6-Smart-Hub-on-PlusNet/m-p/1415464#M312705 for how to set it up
If you're on a normal ADSL product then just about any BT hub will work, see here

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
