Hi, I recently ordered fibre from you but I am yet to receive a conformation email. As well as this I am unable to sign in to my account as my login details are not recognised. Has my order actually been placed?

Hi @clh324, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear you've not received any confirmation regarding the orders on your account. I can confirm when looking over the account that the order to set up your phone and broadband look to have been placed and are committed to complete on 26/08/21. If you're having trouble when trying to log into the acocunt then I'd advise resetting the account password here:
