Hi, I recently ordered fibre from you but I am yet to receive a conformation email. As well as this I am unable to sign in to my account as my login details are not recognised. Has my order actually been placed?

I can confirm when looking over the account that the order to set up your phone and broadband look to have been placed and are committed to complete on 26/08/21.
