Ordered on 4th Feb, due to go live on 18th Feb...

I am moving over from Sky to the Plusnet Extra Braodband Unlimited. I have received a couple of emails saying everything should switch on the 18th February. I paid £26.99 on my card and this has been taken, future payments will be via Direct Debit.

So, as i do like to plan ahead, when will next months payment be taken? Will it be on the one month anniversary of my ordering the service, or will it be on the one month anniversary of the activation, when I guess i will actually have started being with Plusnet, after all, Sky are still providing the service until the 18th... And following on from this, when will be my account start date in terms of the 18 months contract minimum period?

Although you've paid in advance your Billing date is the first day of service. So your next payment after that is the following month.
