Ordered and have heard nothing in the best part of a month

Hi

Ordered phone and broadband on black Friday, nearly a month a go now.

 

I've heard nothing since, what's going on?  It said it would be ten working days.

The contact us chat never works and the call wait is 45 minutes.  Should I just order from someone else?

 

Anyone resolved anything similar?
