2 weeks ago today I ordered an upgrade to Unlimited Fibre. I received an email to confirm but have had nothing since. No emails, no info on a date (besides 27th July in the original confirmation, which didn't happen) and no router. I have tried calling several times, just to be told call back another time, and the online chat says they can't talk about existing accounts.
Can someone look into this please? The money has been taken for the router delivery and my account claims an upgrade is in progress.
