Ordered Linerental saver.

Hi,

I ordered “ Line rental Saver” through The Moneysavingexpert.com , Ipaid whole years rental in advance £197.88.

Registered and password accepted and green box with tick after payment saying thank you.

Ordered on the 18 April 2018 , no email confirmation to date!

Got worried as after I checked my Bank account the money is “Pending “ Plusnet clearly got my order ,further on I ticked a box to say NO Marketing, within an hour I had marketing call followed by several more!

I have spent lot of time having webchats with customer services, they say I have NO ORDER , how come they are trying to take my money?

How did they get my account number and telephone number?

I spoke to customer services who could not help because the user name I registered is not valid ie no account!

To say I am angry is putting it lightly.

Can anybody help ?

Having just read feedback for this comany on Trustpilot I am worried.

Hi,

i don’t know how to send private messages.

I spoke with your customer services again this morning , they took my phone number and postcode ,they could not find any order.

You must have got my address and phone number, debit card details as the payment is still pending in my current account I also received  about 10 marketing calls despite ticking box no marketing, so how did they get the numbe ?

I was told to go to MSE site again and re order the deal ( it ends tomorrow) you would take another £197.88 from my bank and If the first payment goes through I would have to ask for it back.

i have been not been with Plusnet before.

It does unfortunately sound like the sign up failed but in the unlikely event that should happen and yet the payment goes though you should get the funds returned from you bank automatically through their indemnity process.
