Ordered Fibre, payment taken, heard nothing

order placed on the 20/11 payment was taken and an engineer was booked for the 27/11 waited in and he did not show up.

checked my plusnet account and a question had been opened, waiting on a date for phone line activation.

had no update what is going on ?Huh

I can see we've placed a order to re-activate the phone line in your property which is due to complete tomorrow.
