Ordered Fibre, payment taken, account doesn’t exist. Please help

This has happened a second time and now I’m paying a line activation fee of £50 that wasn’t being charged originally. Online chat said I needed to call but I’m concerned about the cost of calling. Please help.

it's a 0800 number so free on both landlines and mobiles.

I'm really sorry and disappointed to see that's happened twice let alone once. I'd like first of all to make sure I've checked everything I can to see if there'a a record of an account for you on our systems.
