Hi
I ordered broadband and phone from plusnet 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing since. Router was supposed to have been delivered and line connected by now.
Are Plusnet still processing orders?

Username: arw11 - not even login on website is active. Not going to sit on hold for 40 mins to find out what the delay is either life is too short.
