Ordered 6 weeks ago and not heard anything

Hi, I've tried to get through on chat but not been able to. Basically just wondering what's happening with my order as I placed it 6 weeks ago and not had any updates since, and now it seems my current provider has stopped or been cut for some reason too. Thanks for any help anyone can give.

thank you for getting in touch with us regarding this query.

I have checked the account and the orders and it seems that they have failed in automation and I need to replace them. Are you happy for me to continue and place the orders again for you to activate the service?

With this you should have also received a text message stating the requested date but we will contact you again in the next 48 hours with a confirmed date as this can depend on engineer availability in the area.
