I'm in week 7 of waiting for an Internet connection. There are updates every few days in the portal, but I don't understand any of them, it just seems like one team passing the buck to another team and nobody seems to know what they are doing. Is this normal? Wondering if I should just cancel and go somewhere else before I get started but the problems are probably Openreach and not necessarily Plusnet, who knows, it's just the worst customer experience on the planet!
I'm really sorry for the long delay with your order. I can see our suppliers had to carry out a survey of the area and then additional external work first before they're able to provide us with an installation date.
We've chased it up this morning and we'll update you as soon as we know more.
