Ordered 11th June, Activation date 1st July, still nothing.....

As the title says, I ordered my PlusNet subscription (moving over from BT) on the 11th June, had an email stating that activation will take place on the 1st July, followed by a message indicating there's been a delay.  I've been sent my router.  And since then, nothing......   Anyone from PlusNet able to help?  

I need to know when the switchover is going to happen so it does not affect my work.

Also, am I right in thinking there is an entitlement to compensation for delayed installation?

If you have received your PN Hub, this would indicate that whatever the delay was has been cleared -- they are usually sent out to arrive 3-5 days prior to activation, you appear to have received yours early.

If you want further details you will have to call PN - staff support on here is patchy.
