Order?

Hi I have recently taken out broadband and phone with Plusnet and got the date of the 29th Oct for the engineer to come but I’ve since had emails that it will be delayed and haven’t heard anything since. I have no idea when it’s supposed to be happening. At the moment we don’t have any broadband or phone and it’s costing a lot in mobile data!

Hi there.

Sorry for the delay with your order and the lack of updates.

From what I can see engineers have been out and advised that there are no spare lines to connect to your property from the routing they were provided, so a new route for the line needs to be worked out. That's essentially all we have so far.

We'll need to chase this up by contacting our suppliers for a newer update, but the team we need to contact closed at 7:30.

I'll leave your ticket 183453421 with our provisions team and we'll chase this up as soon as we can.

We used to have broadband and a phone line with sky so would it not be a switch over?
