Order update

Hey

I'm hoping somebody on here would be able to give an update please. My new fiber unlimited was meant to be running by midnight on the 7th. I haven't received an email or text telling me that its live. I've been waiting on the phone for 20 mins now to try and find out what is happening.

Hi @rickgrimes Welcome to the community forums.

 

It looks like your order completed but your account was stuck in an inactive state. I was about to activate this for you but I believe a colleague on our provisioning team are already doing this now.
