Order update

I placed a order for internet on 24/10/20 and the phone line was connected 27/10/20 and I have not yet received a router or had any message about anything else so was wanting to know when the rest of the order will happen shows as order not yet placed when I look. I only want the internet and wont be using the phone so seems I am paying for a service I don't want or need at the moment and cant find when it will be completed?

Still no answer on my order still saying order not placed for broadband yet online says internet will take 5 to 7 working days from phone line connection which was 27th so 7 working days is today but still no router or info on what's happening. Now thinking of cancelling order and going elsewhere?

@lynda9802Try going to the Help Assistant tool via the Manage account tab in your account. There may be some open or closed tickets that indicate any progress or an activation date.

Unfortunately you may need to call 0800 432 0200 to get an update on the progress.
