Order tracker page 404
Ordered a Fibre broadband package early last week. (Was supposed to get it activated today, but turns out it hadn't been processed?? anyway, that's another issue. Got a new order placed now)
So I thought I'd follow the order on the order tracker on my Plusnet account online, but that just 404s. How can it not exist?

I'm disappointed to see we didn't process your order in a timely fashion and you've cancelled as a result. I'd like to thank you for choosing Plusnet as your service provider in the first instance and wish you all the best with whoever you go with.
