Order tracker not showing current order.

Hi, All

I eventually found a link to the order tracker - but it is not showing anything about my current order. Just some old info with a really weird set of dates without year.

1 - why is there no link from my account directly to the order tracker - or is it there and I just can't find it?

2 - what needs to be done to show my current order in the tracker?

ISTR that the order tracker can be a bit 'tardy' in updating. If its a recent order then that may be the problem.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

The order was placed Sunday evening (22nd) - does that class as recent? I've had a number of emails - including confirmed install date.

@tonycollinet  When I upgraded to Full Fibre a year ago the Order Tracker didn't show anything, you would be better off looking at your account tickets (Questions).  Try this link, it should go to the member centre login then redirect to the questions page.
